1. Services

AIVIDIA provides AI-powered creative production services including AI-generated images, videos, avatars, and marketing workflows. All deliverables and scope are agreed upon in writing before production begins.

2. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, all rights to deliverables produced by AIVIDIA transfer to the client. AIVIDIA retains the right to use anonymized work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Standard terms are net 14 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted by Danish law.

4. Confidentiality

All client information, brand assets, and project details are treated as confidential. AIVIDIA operates under NDA by default for all client engagements.

5. Limitation of liability

AIVIDIA is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific deliverable in question.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
